Jaipur: Covid vaccination in the state has taken steps.
More than 6.7 doses of lakh are given in the state on Saturday, the second highest in the list of countries that vaccinate the maximum dose.
Maharashtra topped the list by vaccinating more than 10.2 Lakh recipients.
Because the number of vaccination recipients rises, the Covid pandemic situation seems to be controlled.
Ten positively tested for Covid-19 in the state on Saturday brought its overall calculation to 9.54.126.
There are no deaths reported.
The country toll stands at 8,954.
The district that reported new cases was Jaipur (7) and Ajmer, Bikaner and the city reported one case respectively.
Rajasthan maintain fifth position in the country in the list of countries that manage the highest number of doses with 4.66 crore JABS, while Uttar Pradesh is at the top with 7.75 Crore followed by Maharashtra with 6.27 crore doses, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh with 4, 86 crores and 4.84 crore doses, respectively.
In the past four days, a large number of vaccinations were carried out as more than 20.9 doses of lakh have been given an average of more than 5 doses of lakh every day in the four days of September.
The three districts in the country have touched a milestone because they have recorded more than one dose of lakh given in a day, including the Nagaur who reported a dose of 1.19 lakh given, Udaipur 1.10 lakh doses and Sirar recorded a dose of 1.02 lakh given in one day.
While Sikar, Udaipur and Nagaur reported more than 1 lakh dose given in one day, there were districts where vaccine doses were not available.
In Jhunjhunu, only 10 doses were managed, at Bikaner 413 dosage, Ajmer 191, Hanumangarh 33 and in Banswara, Baran and Churu, not a single dose of the Covid-19 vaccine managed.
A health official said that in some districts, vaccines were not available, which is why, remain affected.
The official said they had received 1,37,420 doses, which will be distributed among districts who face a lack of vaccine doses.
