Raj: MLA Heckles Police in the case of drunk driving nephew

Jodhpur: Ratanada police in Jodhpur District received a bitter taste of political power after the relatives of the Mla congress were ordered because of the suspicion of drunk drunk on Sunday night.
Shergarh Mla Meera Kanwar and her husband Ummed Singh, a PCC member, went to the police station and was allegedly avoiding the staff to seize vehicles and order relatives.
Bucking under pressure, the police released charges with two and made arrangements to remove vehicles from the court on Monday.
Mla then continued to justify drinking by stating that “Bacche dear Hain; Kya Hua Thodi Bahut Le Li for” (children drink everyone; so what if a little consumption) and demand release of relatives immediately.
A video couple protested and behaved badly at the police station, recorded by a police officer, going viral on Monday.
Meena Kanwar, however, claimed that the police behave badly with his nephew.
“He was not found under the influence of liquor.
After he told us, we arrived at the station but the police behave rudely with us,” he thought.
Police Ratada has confiscated a vehicle with a driver suspected of driving under influence on Sunday night and submitted a case below section 185 of the MV law.
The person accused of being identified as the nephew of Shergarh Mla Meena Kanwar, who rushed to the station with her husband and allegedly began to lower the police.
The couple sat on the ground in the police station even though the police offered them a chair and allegedly started pressing the police to immediately let go of the vehicle and the defendant.
Ummed Singh accused the police under the influence of liquor and asked a police officer to sit down to leave the chair and stand in front of MLA.
In the video, the police can be heard asking him to behave.
This information reaches higher authorities and nieces are allowed to go with a partner.
The police arranged to formalities in the Judge court to release vehicles released on Monday.
DCP (East) Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav said the case was being investigated by ACP (East).
“Only after the investigation, we will be able to arrive at some conclusions,” said Yadav.
