Jaipur: Additional Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) chief has ordered to publish a call to take sound samples from one of the defendants in the alleged trading of the Horse Case Mlaas, Middleman Sanjay Jain on Thursday.
Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat is another accusation in this case.
The ACB investigative officer appeared in court on Thursday and asked permission from the court to take Jain and Shekhawat’s voice samples.
The court asked the investigative officer for some information and was ordered to publish a call to take Jain’s voice samples, while the decision about Shekhawat was waiting before the court delayed this case until July 26.
Last year, the alleged audio of MLA horse trading has become a virus in the midst of political turmoil in the state.
Claimed as a conversation between the minister of Union Shekhawat, Jain and Congress Mla Bhanwarlal Sharma.
In this case, the investigative officer appeared in the ACMM court on Thursday for permission to get a sound sample.
Acting on the application of investigative officers, the court had asked ACB to issue a call to collect Jain’s voice samples.
The application on behalf of ACB said that investigations were detained without sound samples.
According to this case, three audio clips became viral in July last year and sound samples were very important to prove the accusation.
SOG previously registered a case based on audio clips.
At the same time, FR is submitted based on jurisdiction.
On the other hand, in the same case, ACB has registered a case against Shekhawat, Sharma and Jain.
