Jaipur: The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has directed the state government to pay compensation for RS 1 Lakh to a woman who was forced to give the child before the time outside the Public Health Center (CHC) in Alwar after three government hospitals helped her in due to insensitivity Health officials.

The Petitioner’s Commission said the government had to compensate for the female mental and physical trauma because of its insensitivity Health officials within two months.
Mahal Goyal Commission member in his order said the department after the investigation could improve the responsibility of the officials on the incident and began strict action against them.
The government can restore the amount of compensation from the salary of officials owned by responsibility.
According to the incident, eight months pregnant Laccha Devi (25), Devraj’s wife, a resident of Johra Ka Bud, visited Akborpur CHC for consultation after he complained of abdominal pain from where they were sent to Alwar.
Family members took a pregnant woman to a satellite hospital in Alwar from where the hospital staff asked them to take her to Janana Hospital.
