Jaipur: One day after the 35-year-old woman was shot dead allegedly by her neighbors, the police on Monday arrested the defendant.
Police stated that the defendant was usually drunk and also became a medicine.
Primer probe suggested that he shoot him accidentally.
The police have posted it for murder and violations of ARMS acting to carry illegal weapons.
According to the police, the woman identified as Manju Singh was shot dead allegedly by his neighbor who was identified as Deepak aka Deepu (27).
“At first he was detained and then arrested allegations of murder,” said Richa Tomar, led the deputy commissioner of the police (West).
He added that the motive for murder was unknown.
“He is under drunk condition and often changes his statement.
He will be produced in court and during the disposal of the police we will recognize better details about what drives him to commit a crime,” he added.
Previous accusations were ordered because of disrupting peace in the area.
He was a painter by the profession and unemployed for the past six months, police added.
