Jaipur: Minister of Agriculture Lal Chand Kataria said the government planned to change the Camel Rajasthan (Prohibition of Massacre & Temporary Migration Regulations) acting, 2015 which placed restrictions on animal transportation both inside and outside the state and outside the state.
