Vicky Chelani, Secretary of the Bapu Market Traders Association, said, “We deliver in the city.
Many people avoid coming to walled cities because of traffic.
So, we provide salwars and curtas design through WhatsApp and get orders.” Seller Diwali Puja items have established their kiosks on the roadside.
They said sales were good this year, but would take the time to match the pre-pandemic era.
Kishan Lal, who sells Kheel, Batiashe and Lakshmi-Ganesh stickers, said sales slowly took.
“After more than a year, people explore their homes and purchases.
I sell all pooja products and routine customers I started to come,” said Kishan Lal.
Jaipur Vyapar President Mandal Subhash Goyal said they were expecting good tourism in the city after Diwali.
“Almost all hotels are booked and if the number of tourists will increase, sales will also.
Eve expensive, Johri Market and Bapu Market depend on tourism income.”
