Jaipur: At least 130 people fell ill after consuming food served at a wedding in Sardarshahar in Churu on Wednesday night.
Four marriages were completed in a family together when Baroat from Ladnun, Jodhpur and two of Bidasar arrived at Sardarshahar.
His surroundings were served on Wednesday afternoon.
At night, the government hospital in Sardarshahar watched people pour in an increasing number of hospitals.
“They all came to the hospital with complaints of vomiting and diarrhea.
Initially, around 90 came to the hospital on Wednesday night but on Thursday morning, more patients came to the hospital,” said Dr.
Manoj Kumar Sharma, Head of Medical Health Officer , Churu.
He added that twenty was undergoing treatment and was undergoing hospital treatment.
“There is nothing serious, the majority of them have returned to their homes after getting treatment,” said Dr.
Manoj Kumar Sharma.
Dr.
Sharma said, “Because there were no such cases reported from Bid Market from where two Bandiat came to Sardarshahar, we suspected that those who had taken pain might have consumed food at night left in the afternoon.” Health department officials suspect that the curd and paneer, consumed by people in the wedding ceremony, might be stale, because where more than 130 people fell ill.
Health department officials are investigating this problem.
