UDAIPUR: Chittorgarh authorities on Wednesday reserved a guy for allegedly raping and molesting three small daughters of the stay-at-home spouse for a long time.
The women, who are 10, 12 and 14 years old, narrated their plight for their mom.
After the woman faced the accused, rather than fixing his manners, he thrashed her continued sexual abuse of their minors.
Finding no strategy, the helpless mom approached the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) and after expressing inability to care for her she gave them into the state-aided refuge house in January.
The women have been residing in the shelter house for the previous four weeks and stayed silent and timid.
In a counselling session lately, the eldest woman talked concerning the ill treatment meted from her mum’s stay-at-home partner.
Upon encouragement from the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), the 14-year old lodged a police complaint and also the sadar police filed a case under Sections 354,376 of their IPC and also 3,4,7&8 of the POCSO Act.
DSP Manish Kumar stated the case was enrolled, medical evaluation of both younger women are done along with the accused could be nabbed soon.
Chittorgarh CWC chairman Ramesh Chandra Dashora stated he obtained a counselling report from shield home Aasra Vikas Sansthan on May 11 whereas the officers said the 3 women residing in the house was mistreated by their own mother’s stay-at-home partner.
The CWC group fulfilled with the minors along with a female participant held counselling together.
The women told me that his biological dad lived in Bhilwara and that he had been a habitual drinker.
Their mother abandoned their dad around a decade back and entered into a live affair with the accused in Chittorgarh’s Kumbha Nagar.
The second kid lived with his dad, although the youngest person went with the mom.
The women when overheard their biological dad speaking to a person about promoting them Rs 60,000 eachyear.
They called their mom who shot them .
Back in Chittorgarhthe minors were abused and molested from the mother’s stay-at-home partner.
The eldest woman said that the accused her private parts, molested her raped both younger women many times in the past few decades.
Bhojraj Singh of their protector home said the women were still quiet and introvert because they arrived here.
“Our advisers always attempted to make them talk to understand if they had been abused or poorly treated and after five weeks they mustered courage to disclose the facts,” Bhojraj told TOI.
The CWC plotted the counselling report on the sadar police station on May 21, that has been kept pending for a week and ultimately on Wednesday nightthat the FIR had been registered.
The accused functions as a homeguard and can be a national help in a judicial officer’s house, sources said.
