Jaipur: The Chairman of the Ashok Minister Gehlot on Sunday inaugurated 349 Intensive Care Units (ICU), 178 Neonatal ICU Beds, 10 pediatric ICU beds and 160 oxygen plants throughout the state.
He also inaugurated two liquid oxygen generation factories.
The project launched is worth RS 231.6 Crore.
Oxygen plants include established with members of the local assembly council area (MLALAD) from Pipad, Bhopalgarh and Nohar.
CM also put a stone foundation for a total of 404 neonatal ICU beds and pediatric ICU beds, which will cost Rs 50.6 Crore.
Gehlot said the state government strengthened his health services from capital to remote rural areas.
He said the country was ready to fight other Covid-19 waves.
He said in countries like England and Russia, the situation of the Covid pandemic turned serious again and some Indian countries also witnessed the Covid case.
Gehlot said the country increased testing and facility of genome sequencing together by making independent countries in oxygen production.
