Jaipur: A 22-year-old woman, who was lost from the city of Ballad under the Area of Police Station Anandpur Kaloo Pali on June 18, was sedated and taken to Dehradun where he was repeated by medical store owners.
After recovering a woman from Dehradun on June 26, the police arrested the defendant on Monday.
He has given a sedative to the extent that he lost his vision.
It was a missing normal complaint registered at Anandpur Kaloo Station on June 18 until they got a call from Dehradun police on June 26.
