JAIPUR: Sikar Police on Monday arrested aide of Shekhawati area’s infamous gangster, Raju Theth, for allegedly raping his small niece for over eight decades.
The thing came to light recently when the parents of this woman saw her cellular chats.
An instance under appropriate parts of Pocso Act was lodged.
According to the authorities, the accused identified as Om Prakash Theth alias Oma was occupying his niece for over eight years because he was 11 years old.
“According to the criticism we’ve lodged a situation under appropriate parts of Pocso Act from the accused.
The claims of this woman also have been listed,” said a senior officer of Udyog Nagar police station, Sikar.
According to the authorities, the accused is also the mastermind of this Balbir Banuda murder situation.
He got bond in an assault case.
