Jaipur: The state government on Thursday decided to postpone the RBSE practical council exam for class 12 to further orders.
Due to the increase in Covid cases in the state, the government has made a decision because around 25 districts are under the current red zone.
Minister of School Education BD Kalla said, “Considering the increasing number of Covid in the state, we decided to delay the examination of the Practical Council of class 12 to further orders.
Any decision will be taken in February.” The RBSE Board exam will start from March 3, 2022, following the Covid guidelines according to the previous government order.
Meanwhile, the government will monitor Corona’s scenario in the state before finally carrying out the exam.
Minister of Education, BD Kalla, said that more than 20 lakh students will appear on the council exam at 6,074 centers.
To ensure physical distance in all centers, candidates less than their capacity will be accommodated with arrangements for masks and sanitisers.
