Jodhpur: Afflicting the BJP legislator from the Amritlal Meena Salumber, HC on Thursday was ordered to release him to the guarantee to complete Personal Bonds Rs 20,000 with a guarantee.
Meena was under Judicial custody after Cemal against him at all the submission of his wife’s passenger Shanta Devi to allow him to fight for the Sarpanch election.
He has been found guilty of regulating and submitting false markings.
Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma took anticipatory guarantee given to his wife by court court without comment about the advantages of the case.
Advice Meena Pradeep Shah said that his wife Shanta Devi was given anticipatory guarantee and therefore the probe had been carried out as the applicant to help his wife.
