Rajasthan HC is looking for govt reply on the internet shutdown

Jodhpur: Rajasthan High Court has been looking for replies from the state government about internet suspension as long as recently held a recruitment examination in the state.
Taking the cause of public interest, the Petitioner stated that the decision to suspend the internet leads to disruption in various activities.
Allowing a petition, a division bench consisting of chairman of Judge Akil Kureshi and Justice Sandeep Mehta seek replies from the government noted this problem for the next hearing on November 23 about finding instructions from the state government.
Petitioner Mahipal Singh stated that in the application of the state government decision to suspend cellular internet services during the examination and entrance tests to post in government arrangements being carried out produces major disturbances in various services such as banking and education.
The number of students who use classes and online coaching can be seized from their valuable time and loss of their important lectures or sessions.
He said that recently the internet suspension was forced to undergo an examination of reet and examination of Patwari and two without previous or appropriate information to the masses in some of the districts that were truly arbitrary.
