Jaipur: The five newly appointed high court judges must take office oath on Monday.
Farjand Ali, Sudesh Bansal, Anoop Kumar Dhand, Vinod Kumar Bharwani and Madan Gopal Vyas will be given an oath by the chairman of Judge Akil Kurshi on Monday.
Even after they assumed the office, there was a shortage of more than 50% due to the power agreed than 50 judges in the High Court.
At present, the work force of judges is only 21, the lowest.
But one of them, SP Sharma justice was transferred to the Patna High Court while the other judge Govardhan Bardar was to retire next month.
So, there will be 26 jobs even after the appointment of these five judges and it is a long way to fill the total strength of the judge in the High Court.
According to the Annual Report of the Supreme Court 2019-20, on June 30, 2020, there were 88,478 cases of more than 10 years delayed in the High Court.
The total slope of the case in the High Court was 4,88,805 which included 3,63,508 civil and 1.25,297 criminal petitions.
The president of the High Court Bar Association, Jaipur, Bhuvnesh Sharma said, “The appointment of five new judges such as the decline in the ocean.
These new judges will only sit in the division bench for at least six months to be experienced.
So this new promise will not reduce the fat fat.

The total strength of the judicial officer in the subordinate court was 1,430 of which 318 was empty while the total fat case was 18.23,034 where civil cases were 4.47,426 and criminals 13,75,608.
The High Court must immediately take steps to fill vacancies in the subordinate court as well and constantly improve infrastructure to reduce fat and provide justice for those who are harmed.
