‘Rajasthan, Himachal Top in the quality of life for the elderly’

New Delhi: Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh have emerged as the highest score of the United States category while Chandigarh and Mizoram each increase the segment of the United States and the North East, a report on the quality of life shown on Wednesday.
Old countries refer to those who have an elderly population of more than 5 million while relatively aged countries belong to a population of less than 5 million.
The report identifies regional patterns in aging throughout the state in this country and provides deeper insight into what is done to support aging populations.
The index framework includes four pillars: financial welfare, social welfare, health and security systems, and eight sub-pillars: economic empowerment, educational achievement and employment, social status, psychological health, psychological health, social security and environmental environment.
The index made by the Institute for Competitiveness highlights that the best way to improve the life of older generations today and the future is to invest in health, education and work for young people today.
The health system pillar observed the highest national average, 66.97 at the All-India level, followed by 62.34 in social welfare.
Financial welfare observed a score of 44.7, which was lowered by low-performance 21 countries throughout the achievement of education and labor pillars, which exhibited the scope for increasing worse circumstances in the pillar of income security because more than half the score below the national average 33, 03 in income security, which is the lowest in all pillars.
