JAIPUR: Jodhpur resident 85-year-old Pushpa Kumari Bhandari is lonely while her married sons and daughter-in-laws are located in New York.
She intends to go to her sons in addition to attend a health crisis in July.
On the other hand, the current travel ban from the US has compelled her in the home.
TOI on Wednesday talked to few individuals whose loved ones have been located in the united states.
“We’d seen her before Covid when instances had begun dipping in January and February.
She had been intending to see in July.
Now, as a result of limitations, it isn’t evident whether she can encounter.
Let us hope there are a few relaxations before July,” Chander Singh Bhandari, son of Pushpa Kumari, told TOI out of New York.
Likewise Shweta Kaushik, a homemaker settled in Pennsylvania, is hoping a kid by mid-July.
She’s hoping that her mum established at Jalore will soon come.
“We have her tickets reserved in Feburary and encouraged her to have vaccinated.
However, it isn’t clear whether she’d be permitted to fly first week of July.
We want her in the right time of delivery,” said Himanshu Kaushik, Shweta’s husband, who also works as a financial advisor in a US-based business.
Prem Bhandari, a social activist who’d played an instrumental part in receiving comfort in Visa travel limitations for OCI card holders stated,”It isn’t only about fellow Rajasthanis.
Because I’m settled in the usa for over 34 decades, I understand parents go from India attract cheers their own families settled in america.
I’d ask President of the USA and their embassy as well as the Indian authorities to provide a few relaxations.”
