Jaipur: Overall, 65.88 percent of the election was recorded on Sunday when the second phase of the election of members of Zila Parisiti and Panchayat Samiti in six districts with 16.86 Lakh voters who carried out their franchise to decide the fate of 1,680 candidates until the end of the vote, stated data issued by the State Election Commission (SEC).
While the highest voters were recorded at Jodhpur AAU Panchayat Samiti at 77.02 percent, the lowest voting was recorded at Sirohi Panchayat Samiti, amounting to 51.07 percent.
According to data, until 10 am, 12.91 percent of polls are recorded; 28.11 percent of polls are recorded up to 12 noon; 50.88 percent of polls are recorded until 3:00 p.m.; And purification of 64.61 percent was recorded until 5:30 a.m.
In the second phase of the election, 10 members of Panchayat Samiti were chosen without a padlock.
In Jaipur, 66.55 percent, a poll was recorded to select 147 Panchayat Samiti and 19 members of Zila Parishad.
The highest polling was recorded at Maujamabad Panchayat Samiti, at 72.74 percent and the lowest voter was recorded at Kishangarh Renwal Pancide Samiti, at 61.93 percent.
Overall, 5.39 Lakh voters carry out their franchises in Jaipur.
Of the 1,564 Panchayat Samiti members, 536 members were selected in the second phase on Sunday.
The voters voted at 3,459 polling booths in six districts – Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bharatpur, Sawai Madhopur, Dausa and Sirohi.
