Jodhpur: The magnitude 4.0 earthquake struck 106km southwest Jodhpur, Rajasthan on Thursday.
The national center seismology center said the earthquake was recorded at 11:15 a.m.
Earthquake epicenter is at a depth of 10 km.
However, there are no reports of injury, loss of life or damage to the property.
