In the marriage held on February 5 at the Gopal Marriage Home in Bharatpur, the man posed as a mother’s uncle from the bride.
“It was the daughter’s marriage of a Jawan from Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (RAC) where the defendant claimed to be a friend of the mother of the bride and said that in a hurry, they had to take his help in a collection of cash prizes,” said a police officer senior.
Similarly, at the Nadbai police station, the defendant claimed to be a friend of the bridegroom.
“In all these incidents, the defendant arrived long before the start of the wedding function.
We have identified the defendant and attempts to arrest him,” the officer added.
