Jaisalmer: A man with his wife beat his mother and sent him away from home threatening five days ago in the village of Kusip under the Siwana police station in Barmer District.
The old woman now lives in Sakhi Center.
When getting information, Lok Bandhu District collector went to the center and met Kanwar Madan and convinced him about a fair action.
He directed to get his maintenance allowance.
Kanwar (65), residents of Kusip Village, have lived in Sakhi Center in Barmer for the past five days.
He left home because of abuse and torture by his son.
The only son of Narpat Singh and Princess-Inlaw Mamta Kanwar allegedly harassed him for the past years.
Some parts of the ground and the plots are sold and to get the rest, he is harassed.
Two days ago, he reached SP Anand Sharma and narrated his trials.
SP Anand Shama said that the old woman came to her and she had tied her son and daughter, but the old woman didn’t want to go back to her son and therefore, he lived in Sakhi Center.
Imarti Central Counselor said that Kanwar Madan was very scared and he said that if he returned home, he would be killed.
He was very afraid that he could not meet his daughter.
Lok Bandhu meets an old woman in the middle and is directed to get her allowances.
Madan told the collector for the past five days, he lived in Sakhi Center.
The collector is called Siwana SDO and is directed to immediately provide sanctions on the number of elderly maintenance laws.
He also told Tehsildar to get his right in the original land.
Lok Bandhu directed the Department of Women and the Department of DY Director of Director of Prahalad Singh Rajpurohit to provide assistance to Madan Kanwar by coordinating with all the officers concerned.
Meanwhile, the district collector checks Sakhi Kendra One-Stop Center and takes a set of settings and provides the required direction.
