Jaipur: Because the state government has provided a nod for sale and buy firecrackers, Jaipur police coming has begun the process of issuing temporary licenses for sales.
Until Thursday, the police had received 976 applications under the review.
Senior officers say the license will be issued only after the physical verification of the site.

“Applicants complain they did not have much time to buy firecrackers after getting a license.
“I think this year’s firecracker sales will only be limited to a few days.
Maybe a week, we will get a license and then order for firecrackers.
This time is not as good as it was,” said Radheyshyam Khuntenta, another applicant.
