Jaipur: The State Child Commission will issue guidelines to prevent the attacks of children by teachers after the death of a student in Churu who was beaten by a teacher who led to the child’s death.
The child’s panel has begun working on the SOP to remember the same thing with Juvenile Justice Act and this guideline will be issued for the relevant departments in the coming days.
Sangeeta Beniwal, Chairperson, Rajasthan State Commission for Children’s Rights Protection, said, “This is a very serious problem and we have compiled the SOP to ensure that the incident does not occur again.
After the SOP is finished, it will be issued for the department.” Commission I immediately took aware of the incident and asked the Churu police about detailed reports about cases and steps taken for quick investigations.
The body of the child’s rights also urged officials to conduct a quick investigation and present the earliest Chargesheet to ensure that the family gets justice.
Only more than a week ago, a 13-year-old boy died after he was allegedly beaten by a private school teacher in the Churu district.
The boy’s father made a consideration that his son, Ganesh Sharma, was banished by one of the school teachers, which led to the death of the boy.
Police had arrested the teacher accused of Manoj and the Ministry of Education had been ordered to cancel the affiliate private school.

Ganesh is a 7th grade student in a private school in a Kalandas area and in accordance with the local police, Manoj allegedly reprimanded Ganesh because he did not finish his home school work and then defeated him.
