The doctors were deployed at the call center two days ago.
People can call 181 and an executive will pick up the phone and will ask the reason for calling.
The caller must provide details and ask for the executive that he needs medical advice from health experts.
The doctors in the call center advise people, who call in the call center, based on the guidelines issued by the center and time to time.
Since 98% of patients are under house isolation, they have many questions in their minds regarding symptoms, care, and questions about when to be hospitalized.
The call center will play a role in guiding patients under house isolation.
