Jaipur: The country reported 14,079 new Covid cases in 24 hours, bringing its overall calculation to 10,84,083.
The virus also claimed the life of 13 people too, took the victim to 9,044.
Within two days, 25 people have died of Covid, taking victims to 80 in January.
Jaipur, Bikaner and City reported two of their respective deaths, while one death was reported from Barmer, Jaisalmer, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Jodhpur, Nagaur and Rajsamand.
Active cases in the country increased from 74,561 to 78,099.
Jaipur reported the highest number of Covid cases in 24 hours at 2,919, followed by Alwar (1,410), Jodhpur (851), Bharatpur (841), Udaipur (816), and Ajmer (570).
The seven regencies reported 57.6 percent of the Corona of the country.
However, the active case in Jaipur decreased from 20,829 to 20,090 in 24 hours because 3,656 patients recovered from Covid.
The Ministry of Health officials said that the weekly peposititivity level in the state has increased from 7.6 percent to 15.5 percent in just a week, doubling active cases in the state.
In addition, 10,528 people have recovered from Covid in the state, which is the highest number of recovered cases in the current scenario.
A health department official said that at Jaipur, 415 patients are currently undergoing hospital treatment, while the remaining patients are undergoing treatment under house isolation.
Now follow the new central guidelines on patients with use, which allows declaring patients recovering, in seven days of positive testing for covid.
