Jaipur: Education Minister Rajasthan Govind Singh Dotasara on Thursday announced that all schools in the state, closed during the ongoing pandemic, will be reopened from August 2.
Dotasara made an official announcement from his Twitter handle as soon as the cabinet meeting was held here.
Official added that the date to reopen the training and university institutions will be decided later.
This step has occurred when the Covid situation improved in the state, they added.

Schools and colleges in the state were closed after the second wave Covid hit the nation at the end of March this year.
They remained closed during the first wave of last year too.
The decision has been taken in the views of experts that children do not face threats from the virus.
However, all Covid protocols will be followed.
Children from small villages do not have online education exposure and hence, the opening school is needed, officials said that the SOP will soon be released by the Department of the House.
