UDAIPUR: Chittorgarh authorities shot a guy in custody Wednesday for allegedly raping his step-daughter in his home beneath Bhadesar police limitations on Tuesday.
The accused derives by Rajsamand and currently works in Chittorgarh.
He’d married a girl, that had two little brothers from her husband, beneath the’Nata’ habit.
On Tuesday, although the girl was off , the accused arrived dwelling profoundly drunk.
He delivered his junior step-daughter from the home and allegedly raped his senior step-daughter.
After the girl returned from the night, the woman narrated the episode and the girl went to police station and then registered with a complaint under the Pocso Act.
“The accused was arrested and is being interrogated.
The woman’s statement was accepted and medical evaluation was conducted.
There are not any records to determine her era, yet, medical record indicates she’s 13-15 years older.
Her announcement under Section 164 will be removed before the magistrate on Thursday,” ASI Dashrath Singh of Bhadesar police station stated.
