Jaipur: The country reported the biggest leap in the Covid-19 case in the last three months, with 22 people found infected with a virus on Monday, bringing a total calculation to 9.54,628.
But no death was reported.
The state toll stand at 8,955.
On August 21, the country has reported 23 Covid cases.
Since then, daily infection is less than 20.
Of the 22 people found infected on Monday, 11 comes from Jaipur, four of the Saurur, each of the Ajmer and Alwar, and one case of each of Bikaner, Jodhpur and Pali.
The numbers increased over the past few days: from 1 to 22 November, active cases have increased from 32 to 131.
This figure continues to increase over the past few days.
Jaipur remained worst affected by active cases increased to 76.
“We are taking sampling from school and from their contact tested positively viruses,” said Dr.
Narrettam Sharma, Head of Medical Health Officer, Jaipur-I.
