Jaipur: There is no covid vaccination conducted in eight countries on Thursday because of the unavailability of doses, while 11 districts are those who have reported less than 15 vaccination doses due to lack.
Apart from affected vaccination, the state reported 1.91,010 inoculation, carrying overall vaccination to more than 2.46 crores.
The district where zero vaccination is recorded is Banswara, Barmer, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Hanumangarh, Kota and Pratapgarh.
Demanding supply without interruption from the center, the minister of Chairman of Ashok Gehlot said they put efforts to vaccinate people in the state before the third wave attacked.
Gehlot said Rajasthan had been allocated a dose of 65 lakh for July, but they needed more doses because 75 lakh doses needed for vaccination of second doses.
He said that this center had allocated 75% dosage, of 65 doses of lakh for July and 25% for private hospitals.
But the contribution of private hospitals in vaccination is only 2%.
In such a situation, the vaccine distribution guidelines must be changed.
In addition, three people died, while 100 others tested positive in the state on Wednesday, bringing its overall calculation to 9.52,422.
With three deaths, victims of the state rose to 8,921.
Regency that reported a new case was Alwar (43), Jaipur (15), Barmer (7), Jodhpur (6), Sikar (4), Nagaur (4), Ajmer (3), Churu (3), Churu (3) , TONK (2), PALI (2), Rajsamand (2), Jhunjhunu (1), Bharatpur (1), Bhilwara (1), Dausa (1), Sawai Madhopur (1) and Sirohi (1).
