Rajasthan: Women are beaten to death, three are arrested

City: A 34-year-old woman was beaten to death in her house, police said on Wednesday, adding three out of six accused of being held.
On Monday in Bankiya Village, about five to six attackers stopped Anokh Bai Aerwal’s husband, Rajendra, when he returned home after work.
They knew him and Rajendra who were in his bicycle somehow managed to escape, said the Sultanpur Chuttanlal Station house officer.
Then in the afternoon, the same group of men, armed with a stick, blown to Rajendra’s house.
Anokh Bai came out to defend her husband and the attackers attacked several attacks on it, causing a fatal injury, said Sho.
The woman rushed to the hospital, where she gave up on injury during treatment, he added.
The case has been submitted under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) on Suresh Gurjar, Pappu Gurjar, Narendra Gurjar, Latur, Mukut and Purshottam – Residents of Bankiya Village, Police said.
Three of them have been arrested, they said.
The victim’s body was handed over to his family members after postmortem Tuesday morning.
It seems that the defendant attacked Rajendra and then his wife for the old competition, police said, adding this case was being investigated further.
