Jaipur: Election of members of Zilla Parisiti and Panchayat Samiti in six Rajasthan districts will be held in three phases, the State Election Commission announced on Thursday.
The districts of this district are Bharatpur, Dausa, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sawai Madhopur and Sirohi Polls will be held in three phases on August 26, August 29 and September 1, while vote counting will take place on September 4 at the district headquarters respectively, according to Statement from the Commission.

Commissioner of the Election of State P S Mehra told that the election will be held for 200 members of Zilla Parishad, 1,564 members of Panchayat Samiti, six Zila Pramukh and up-Zila Pramukh, 78 Pradhan and up-Pradhan.
He said that 77.94,300 voters were registered in six districts, where 41.23 lakh was male and 36.
71 lakh was a woman.
