Rajkot: Institute of Indian Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rajkot, on Tuesday, released his official logo.
According to the description provided by AIIMS on his Twitter handle, the logo describes the unique aspects of Gujarat such as Gir Lion, Bandhi – a decoration and dandiya technique – popular folk dance.
There are also Charcha – symbol of the struggle of Indian freedom and statue of unity in the logo.
In addition, the sea describes the longest coastline in the country in Gujarat.
Diamonds in the logo signaling purity and perfection, while Sanskrit Shloka ‘Sarve Santu Nirogya’ means that everyone remains healthy.
The pigeon wing in the logo signifies peace and renewal of life.
Green is used to reflect life and its relationship with healing force.
Deputy Director of AIims Rajkot, Shramdeep Sinha, said, “The logo released on Twitter is the official.”
