Rajkot: ‘charges against the police to be investigated’

Rajkot: Police Commissioner of Rajkot Manoj Agarwal, which is the storm after the allegations of corruption leveled by local MLA, refuses to comment on the problem quoted by a delayed investigation.

According to Agarwal, in 2017 a total of 14,244 applications were accepted by various police stations, 14,567 in 2018 12,875 in 2019, 11,146 in 2020 and 10,488 in 2021.

Speaking with Toi, Patel said that “investigations are underway and every time I will be asked, I will produce more evidence and more such cases to the Minister of Home Affairs.”
