Rajkot might get a flying school alone

Rajkot: Ahmedabad-based flight school students can come to Rajkot for practical training.
School – Infini Fly Aviation – approaches Rajkot airport to start a flying school in the city and allow the use of the foundation to provide practical training to students.
Want to serve students in Saurashtra, schools are looking for permission from the Rajkot Airport Authority to start training schools in Rajkot.
The founder of the Pratik Singal told Tii, “There are many questions from students who are interested in the Saurashtra area and to serve them, we plan to start training schools here.
If we get green signals, we plan to provide practical training to students at Rajkot Airport .
Since then, Ahmedabad is an international airport, has a high frequency of flights so it is difficult to get a training schedule.
“The training school has asked Rajkot airport to park small aircraft for training and other space too.
They can do theoretical training anywhere in the city.
Rajkot Airport Director, Diganta Borah said, “They are looking for NOC to start flying school here and also want a room at the airport that we can give.
But first of all, they must get DGCA permissions that might take several months.”
