Rajkot: The pair received burns in the fire incident caused by a gas leak from the LPG cylinder in the Aawas housing in Jalan Jamnagar on Friday morning.
The woman was very important while her husband suffered a minor injury.
According to the police, there is a gas leak in the cylinder throughout the night.
When the victim, Madhu Parmar, (52) went to start the gas in the morning, there was an explosion because of leaks and houses on fire.
Her husband, Dinesh who came to help him also suffered burns.
Dinesh said, “I was sleeping in another room when I heard the explosion, so I went to see what happened.
Then I found my wife struggling to save her and go to save her where I also received burns in my hand.” Neighbors immediately told the 108 ambulances and firefighters the department and the couple rushed to the hospital.
According to the doctor, the woman received 90 percent of burns and her condition was very important.
Neighbors said that the explosion was very strong so all the doors, windows and everything was broken.
The couple’s son was in the bathroom and he did not accept injury.
