Previously at home, opposition leader Malikarjun Kharge blamed the cloudy center and claimed that he got a call from Rajnath Singh who said he would solve the problem once again from abroad, but no opposition members received an official invitation to any meeting.

Proceedings at Lok Sabha were also damaged by opposition protests.
After a repeat delay when the house met at 5 pm, Minister of Finance Nirmala Sitharaman introduced the Bill Tax Act, 2021.
The bill was trying to change the income tax law in 1961 and financial law 2021.
Previously in the middle Din, Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan introduced the Central University Bill (Amendment), 202, which seeks to change the Central University Law, 2009 for the establishment of a university in the Ladakh Union region.
When the house met for that day, the Speaker Om Birla congratulated the Indian Hockey team for the Olympic medal after 41 years and women who won medals at the Tokyo Olympics.
