AYODHYA: The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has ignored as politically inspired and deceptive allegations of irregularities about a property deal for the expansion of the assumptions of the temple.
Issuing a written statement late on Sunday night, a couple hours following AAP MP Sanjay Singh and prior SP MLA Pawan Pandey levelled the allegations the hope purchased 12,000 square metre property valued at Rs two crore for Rs 18.5 croreand also the hope overall secretary Champat Rai reported the prices of the property at Ayodhya taken up manifolds following the November 9, 2019 Ram Temple conclusion of the Supreme Court.
“The person who offered the property into the Temple Trust had entered into an arrangement with the former proprietor in 2017 to buy the property for Rs two crore.
Following the SC arrangement, the arrangement between them was enrolled and the property was offered to the Trust in a greater speed, which was substantially below the market rate,” Rai said.
“The current rate of the property in question is roughly Rs 5,000 per square foot.

In 2017the initial owners of this property – Kusum Pathak and Harish Kumar Pathak alias Baba Haridas – entered into an arrangement with Sultan Ansari, Ravi Mohan Tewari and other people to promote the said property for Rs 2 cr.
Afterward, Rs 92 lakh has been paid into the Pathaks.
This arrangement lasted for the subsequent 3 years through the Trust approached Ansari and Tewari to purchasing the property.
But without an official recorder with Pathaks, both were to become owners of their property.
On March 18, 2021this arrangement was cancelled along with an official recorder was implemented between the 2 parties and Ansari and Tewari became the owner of this property.
Afterward they sold the property into the Ram Temple Trust for about Rs 18 cr.
“Though the registries were performed exactly the identical day, the arrangement between the confidence and Ansari-Tewari duo was finalised much sooner,” explained a confidence penis.
