New Delhi: The Directorate of Education (DOE) on Wednesday directed its officials to take various steps to increase the vaccination of children of Covid-19 in the age group 15-17.
“All DDE (district) and DDE (zones) will visit vaccination centers under their jurisdiction and examine vaccination procedures every day.
Furthermore, they will visit the school to examine the note that is maintained with the principal is informed about the vaccination schedule,” said Doe in an official order.
“Officers will also randomly call students and parents to find out whether they are informed of vaccinations and whether they have been vaccinated or not.
The principal must also increase mobilization efforts to ensure more than 80 PC children in every school turn on vaccination,” he added.
