Bareilly: Police in Rampur Regency on Wednesday dug the born baby’s body, which DNA will now help them ensure that an accusation is indeed a rapist of the Dalit little girl, who suffered a miscarriage two days ago.
The girl’s family member, 16, with difficulty learning to accuse the man, his 20-cousin and neighbors – strengthen him repeatedly.
They claimed that after being born died, they showed photos of girls from some of the people they suspected may have raped him and he repeatedly pointed at the man.
The police said that the defendant’s DNA test, who currently runs away, will also be done once he caught.

After family complaints, the police had ordered men under the IPC part 376 (punishment for rape) and under ACT Pocso.
Station House Officer (SHO) from the Azim Nagar Police Station, Ravindra Kumar, said, “Until now, the defendant was large and effort was being carried out to arrest him.
Given the mental state of the girl, we cannot rely on his statement.
So we are doing a DNA test.
Sample The baby, whose body was excavated, had been collected.
“Survivor rape has given birth to a baby girl who was born seven months two days ago.
The family claims that they don’t know about her pregnancy.
They came to know that only after the girl began to complain about severe stomach pain on Saturday night, following what she gave birth to a baby born at home.
