Mumbai: As a ‘last chance’, the judge’s court on Tuesday allowed Kangana Ranaut actor for liberation from appearance in case of defamation submitted by Bollywood Liricist veterans, Javed Akhtar.
“The release application submitted by advocates to be accused of being given for today as the last chance and advocate to be accused of being directed to keep the defendant present on the next date without failure,” said the court.
This problem will appear to hear on 1.
September.
The court also rejected the request submitted by Akhtar’s lawyer for the issuance of a warrant that could not be done against Ranaut.
However, the court said, “The failure was accused of being present before the court on the next date, they (a complainant) can submit a request for a warrant against him.” Submitted in November through Advocate Niranjan Mundaragi, Plea Akhtar has said he was surprised when he studied on July 19, 2020, that Ranaut had given an interview to the Anchor Television Arnab Goswami from the Republic of TV and the Republic of Bharat, canceled “reputation that was immaculate statement.” A further request said during the interview, which lasted about 57 minutes, Ranaut continued to give his opinion about the circumstances around the death of the actor Singh Rajput without appearing to have personal knowledge directly about this.
A further request said in the same interview he referred to Akhtar as part of the alleged ‘suicide gang.
