The wedding of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt that we have all waited, will eventually take place this year, at least that is what actress Lara Dutta seems to think.
The actress, who will soon be seen in ‘Bell Bottom’, gets candid to the time now and says that to his knowledge, the couple will take the plunge this year.
“I believe that they will get married this year,” he said when asked about the possibility of Ranbir and Alia walked down the hall.
Lara also said that she came from ‘older generation’ and admitted that she was not fully aware of which couples came from.
“I might say something about a partner and I won’t even know whether they are still together or not,” he said.

Ranbir and Alia have walked strong for more than 4 years.
The couple met in the set ‘Brahmastra’ Ayan Mukerji in 2017 and had been together since then.
When both were hunted by rumors of marriage, Ranbir confirmed that the marriage was on the card, but said that they decided to wait, because of the pandemic.
Last year, in an interview, the actor even revealed that it wasn’t for that pandemic, he would marry Alia.

Recently, Karisma’s son of Kapoor Ranbir gave Reason fans to smile with his reaction when investigated about Alia had become part of the Kapoor family.
While charisma named the actors in his family, Co-Hakim Anurag Basu joked, “You can add Alia to the list now.” He smiled and imitated his mouth.
