Ranchi: Archdiocese of Ranchi, under the Catholic Church, on Thursday distributed 21 pedicab cycles and 32 sewing machines among poor people in Ranchi.
“This is the month of Christmas.
Christmas is not only for Christians but for everyone in this world.
It is time to distribute love among poor people and in need, regardless of their religion, race or color.
Today we distribute 21 cycles.
The pedicab among the poor in Ranchi.
We also provide 32 sewing machines to women.
The church expects each recipient to take advantage of this prize so they are possible to care for their families, “Theodore Mascarenhas said.
“All the 21 cycle rickshaws have been contributed by Mario Tumelano from Switzerland who were so moved by charity works carried out by the Archdiocese of Ranchi that he decided to give a gift 21 this pedicab itself.
