Ranchi: Ranchi District Hospital Management has decided to suspend the issuance of a death certificate from the hospital until the order further after 27 fake certificates are removed from the Public Service Center (CSC).
The incident was revealed after the State Statistics Department found the difference in the data of death records.
Speaking with Toi, Deputy Medical Supervisory of Ranchi District Hospital Dr.
Sabyasasachi Mandal said, “We are communicated about forging certificates from the statistics department after that we decided to stop the issuance of certificates to further orders.
It has been revealed that the login credentials from our authorities in CSC Abused by people who issued 27 false death certificates under the name of our hospital.
“The certificate released by Bokaro, Ranchi, and the nearest district and was released through a fake signature.
In the right channel publishing a death certificate, said the word mandal, “someone must register at the CSC kiosk in the Civil Surgeon office with details of patients and relevant documents.
After that we do offline verification of the request that includes matching our records whether the person is accepted at home.

Mandal said there was a false verification with a fake signature and the culprit could issue a certificate because they had access to the CSC account.
Hospital management has not filed a complaint about the incident so far.
The police contact management which will formally submit a complaint after conducting an internal investigation.
The city of DSP Deepak Kumar said, “No pine has been registered by management at the Bazaar police station that is lower so far.”
