Rangoli replaces a stack of garbage in black spots in twin cities

Dharwad: Although the collection of garbage door-to-door has been applied in all wards in Dharwad City, the practice of throwing garbage in empty places has not ended.

HDMC has identified 349 black spots in Hubballi, where 79 has been cleaned and 33 of 118 in Dharwad has been cleaned and generally.
