JODHPUR: A guy out on bond at a rape situation, was detained on Monday at Rajasthan’s Sirohi district allegedly stabbing to death the girl he’d raped this past year, authorities said.
The accused was pressuring the girl due to withdrawal of the criticism against him because he had been out on bond and stabbed to death Saturday night in her home at Nagani village at Sirohi district, ADG (Legislation ) Ravi Prakash Meharda stated.
The ADG supported the arrest of those accused Netram about Monday morning.
“He’d raped the victim and a situation was lodged against him in November 2020.
He was detained by the authorities and was in custody for six weeks,” said the officer.
The accused was that the sufferer’s neighbor.
She had been a widow and was operating in a neighborhood anganwadi in town.
Following her husband’s passing, Netram supposedly raped her this past year under the pretext of a help and a criticism of rape was lodged by her from him.
According to the authorities, Netram came out to bond in April and was always threatening the victim to withdraw the situation but she wasn’t reacting to his calls.
On Saturday nighthe barged into her home and stabbed to death, while she had been sleeping.
In addition, he hurt her husband, that also was within the home, as she attempted to rescue her husband.
She raised an alert, but Netram was able to escape in the area.
