Vadodara: Chartered Accountant Ashok Jain (69), who has been accused of raping a 24-year-old law student, admitted on Wednesday that he was accused of being wrong by the girl.
Jain wrote a letter to the Minister of State House, DGP and Commissioner of Police Vadodara, claimed he was innocent.
He even stated readiness to undergo Narco analysis test.
Jain, stated in the letter that the girl did not work as a training participant in her company.
He said that five months ago he approached his company through a friend and said that he wanted to undergo training.
“I asked him to learn the work of other staff but our office was immediately closed because of the second wave of Covid.
The girl did not come to our office, but he used to send me a good morning message on my cellphone,” Jain wrote.
He also said that he never helped the girl in getting a flat where he lived in rent.
Jain claimed that he had a relationship with Alpesh Vadhwani aka Alpu Sindhi who was a famous criminal.
“The girl came to our office in August and said that she wanted to file a return I-T because she would get Rs 15 Crore from several property agreements she did with Vadhwani,” he said in the letter.
Jain said that his bank account had a debit and credit entry from Lakh Rupee.
He came to his company on September 14 because he filed a return on I-T and then left.
He then claimed in the letter that the girl called him earlier on September 15 morning and claimed that he was attacked by Vadhwani.
He asked him to call the police.
“Then Vadhwani called me and threatened to make me ordered in a rape case.
The girl also called me and said that she was suppressed by Vadhwani to order me in a rape case.
My photos sit beside the girl in bed are fake,” Jain said in the letter.
While the police stated that accusing the two Raju Bhatt was an investor at the Jain company, Jain wrote in the letter he did not even know who Bhatt.
