Bhadohi: Gyanpur Party Nishad Mla Vijay Mishra produced in court here on Friday with respect to rape cases.
Vijay Mishra, who lodged in Agra’s prison since August 14 last year, was produced in court in the middle of a strict security, said Ram Body Singh.
Head of Judge Magistrate Sabiha Khatoon has summoned Mishra in connection with the rape case registered against it and the other two by a singer from Varanasi, SP said.
Fixed Court August 12 as the next hearing date, SP said.
A 25-year-old singer from Varanasi has submitted a case against MLA, his son Wisnu Mishra and each other on October 18 last year, accused the three of them.
He also accused between 2014 and 2016, MLA and those accused of other, rapidly, SP said several times.
After being produced in court, Mishra was sent back to Agra’s prison under tight security, he said.
Mishra nested in Agra’s prison in the case of taking land and arrested from Madhya Pradesh last year.
While his MLC wife, RAM Lalli Mishra received an anticipatory guarantee in this case, his son Wisnu was on an escape.
