Mumbai: Police Drive Marine ordered two lawyers and five others on charges of rape, theft, extortion and persecution in the 35-year-old female lawyer on July 24.

He alleged that he was promised by Rs 1.5 Lakh Monthly as a partnership by the main defendant and an appointment letter at his law firm.
Police ordered accused of being under section 376 (punishment for rape), 354 (violence or criminal to women with the intention of anger, 380 (theft at home life, etc.), 385 (placing people in fear of injury to commit), 509 (said , the movement or action is intended to insult the simplicity of a woman.), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), 500 (penalty for defamation), 406 (penalty for criminal violations of trust) and 120B (criminal conspiracy punishment) from IPC.
