Gurgaon: Within minutes after getting information that an eight-year-old girl was suspected of being raped, Poonam Hooda and Kamlesh Devi did exactly what they expected.
A few hours later, they had arrested the defendant and in three days, the two police officers from the Manual Women’s Police Office had prepared Chargesheet.
